We will set up a Discovery Call on Zoom or Whatsapp to chat about a range of safari options to suit you, taking into consideration who’s travelling, the time of year you want to come, your budget and your accommodation and activity preferences. After our call we will send you a summary of the ideas we discussed, and you can decide if you want to proceed with planning your African safari vacation with Great African Adventures.
Each tour and safari is designed specifically for our clients. We are experts in our field, and our clients trust us to deliver. We invest our time, local knowledge, and years of experience into planning your personalised itinerary and we therefore charge a small upfront commitment fee. This fee is non-refundable if you later choose not to book with us.
Our planning service combines our experience and local knowledge with your wish-list to create a vacation that will inspire and excite you! We will hold space for you while we discuss and fine tune the arrangements, creating your perfect safari vacation.
When you’re happy with your bespoke travel itinerary, and ready to confirm your vacation, we’ll send you a reservation form to complete and return, together with an invoice for your deposit.
As soon as we receive your completed form and deposit we will confirm every detail of your itinerary – the accommodations, flights, activities etc.
The balance of payment is only due 70 days prior to travel. A reminder and invoice will be sent to you prior to that date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or via our secure credit card payment link.
Your detailed vacation itinerary, e-tickets, accommodation and activity vouchers, together with useful travel and destination information, will be sent to you prior to travel, ensuring you have plenty of time to ask questions, and get organised for your adventure.
Whilst you’re travelling, you have the peace of mind knowing that we are in regular contact with all the suppliers in your itinerary (your accommodations, transfers, flights, activities etc). We reconfirm the details at every step, ensuring you have the best possible experience each and every day. And should you need any advice or assistance whilst in Africa, we’re available 24/7.
Our commitment to you continues after your African safari vacation concludes. We will always connect with you to ask for your valuable feedback.
